ALLPOINTE Insurance Services delivers health care solutions to individuals, families and businesses as small as two and up to 125 employees in California, Colorado, Georgia, New Jersey, and Nevada.  We are an independent agent representing most major insurance carriers and we will work hard to become your trusted broker.  There is never any cost to you for our services.
 
At ALLPOINTE, we seek to earn long-term relationships with our clients, responding to your changing needs and to the frequent changes in the health care industry.  We do this with a five stage plan, customized to the unique needs of each family or business:
1. Listen and Understand.  Every business, every individual has different needs and priorities when it comes to making decisions about health insurance.  We'll ask you some questions and then have you ask us questions.  We can help you survey your employees to find out what is important to them.  We'll find out which important doctors accept which medical plans.  We try to hear the concerns that lie behind your questions.  And then we check back with you to make sure we've got it right.
 
2. Propose the Options.  Once we've summarized your priorities, we research the available plans and present you with several options, a cost-benefit analysis of each, and a recommendation.  Of course, the decision is always up to you.  Your ALLPOINTE broker is always available to answer your questions, revise proposals, or do additional research.
 
3. Deliver the Plan.  When you have selected the path forward, your ALLPOINTE broker will shepherd you through the application and implementation process.  It is our job to let you know exactly what is required and to stay on top of the insurance carriers to ensure that your deadlines and effective dates are met.
 
4. Educate.  Get the most out of your health care coverage.  If you are a business, your ALLPOINTE broker will work with you or your HR administrator to set up employee meetings and ensure a smooth enrollment process.  Technology is a tremendous tool in the industry and we help all of our clients use the many web resources available to them.  In addition, ALLPOINTE periodically will send out notices or articles on important changes in the industry.
 
5. Evaluate ... and Listen and Understand.  Critical to our goal of developing lifetime clients is that we check in every now and then to see whether your plans still fit your priorities.  When you are expanding your business or are looking to get more competitive with your company's benefit plans, we want to hear from you.  We encourage our individual clients to give their ALLPOINTE representative a call when they anticipate a major life event, such as changing jobs, having a child, or retiring from the full time workforce.  You have our guarantee that we will check in with you at least every 12 months to make sure your plans continue to meet your needs.
